It is not only the additional income which counts, but also the change in the work culture and the work environment, which attracts employees to do part time jobs. People from different walks of life, prefer opting for some part- time jobs, to utilise the time, when they are free and to encash their extra talent. Part time jobs are mostly seen opted by the students, or the people who have less working hours, and can devote time to another work profile or job. Working part time is itself, a very good opportunity for the candidate to explore his skills and test himself, as in where does he suits best.

Part- time job is a Job, in which a person works only for few hours of a day, unlike day long job, where the person, needs to dedicate his nine to ten hours of the day, to the job. The job, in this case, is basically for a fixed period of time, mainly the duration is fixed, but the part and the phase of the day, may vary. The pay scale or the salary varies according to the job type and the level of part- time job, the person is opting for. Most of the people from the background of teaching or consultancy prefer doing part- time jobs, in their respective industries.

Mostly students, who study, go for part- time jobs, to support their education and to add a little to their pocket money. Students going abroad to study, mostly adopt the culture of part- time jobs, to earn while learning. Taking tuitions is another way, by which the students tend to earn money and simultaneously sharpen their education skills, by imparting the knowledge they possess. Teaching is considered to be the best part time job, because, while teaching a student, not only add pennies to his pocket, but it is also a productive way to sharpen your talent and gain expertise in the same field. This is a very good part- time job option for the students, who want to do job in the education industry, because in future, while applying job, giving demo class would be much easier for the candidate.

The different options for the part- time job, which a candidate can choose from, are:

2.) Teachers or educationists, like teachers for usual subjects, or for vocational training in subjects like arts

Part time jobs are available in the market in a large scale, because by this, the employers get hundred percent benefits from the employees, in almost half of the salary offered to them. The part- time jobs are listed online as well come in various newspapers and magazines. Many big organisations also look for part- time workers, to handle some projects or extra work of the company. Though, these days, most of the elder people, wants to get themselves settled in permanent jobs and avoid job in the part- time sector. but most of the students, who are in their graduation or post graduation level of education, are seen opting for the part- time jobs, to utilise their time in the best ways possible and learn advancements in their field of education. Therefore, part time jobs, is not the only source to earn money, but is also an important and a valid medium by which a student can polish his working skills.
